Question: What is the Northern Colorado Food Incubator? Answer: The Northern Colorado Food Incubator Inc. is a not-for-profit Colorado corporation. We’re dedicated to strengthening the local food system of Northern Colorado and to supporting the success of local food-related businesses. Our mission is to strengthen the local food economy by:
> Fostering the relationships between local growers, local producers, local markets and local citizens;
> Educating citizens, business folk and public officials about the importance of a strong, sustainable local food economy; and
> Helping food entrepreneurs form, develop and grow successful businesses by providing guidance, mentoring and access to resources.
